One track, two mantras
– there’s no two ways about the fact that that was the best way to sum up Rote
Rote Hansna Seekho, which happened to be the only song from Andhaa Kaanoon
(1983) on this blog.
The first mantra
was the aforementioned line itself. It could be translated, “Learn to laugh
when you are in tears, and learn to cry when you’re laughing”.
The second was, “Badi
badi khushiyan hain chhoti chhoti baton mein”.
It was
(Kisho)rendered by Kumar.
Anand Bakshi penned
the track, which Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar and Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma
composed.
