Mes AMiS, it was underrated

This blog contains posts on five tracks from Suhaag, which released in 1979.

If they were arranged in the alphabetical order, Ae Yaar Sun Yaari Teri would be the first.

It was the longest track in the film – it was half-a-dozen minutes and 52 seconds long.

By no means would it be incorrect to state that the Laxmikant-Pyarelal composition, which was penned by Anand Bakshi, was one of the most underrated friendship songs in Hindi films.

It was rendered by the (Bhos)legendary Asha and Mohammed Rafi, who were joined behind the microphone by Shailendra Singh.
