The second of the
three songs from Ek Hi Bhool on this blog was Hey Raju Hey Daddy.
While Raju was the son of the characters played by Jeetendra and Rekha in the film, the song picturised on him was sung by a girl.
And the girl in question happened to be Rajeshwari, the daughter of Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar, who composed the song with Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma.
Daddy’s portion of the track was rendered by S P Balasubrahmanyam.
Anand Bakshi penned the track, that was the precursor of the ‘kidult’ songs in Hindi films now.
