This (Uth)upbeat number was inspired

This blog contains a post on just one track from Pyaara Dushman, which released in 1980.

The song in question was Hari Om Hari.

It was rendered by Usha Uthup.

The song, which was penned by Indeevar, was composed by Bappi Lahiri.

It was picturised on Kalpana Iyer, and was inspired by British disco band Eruption’s cover version of One Way Ticket. It was from their second album, Leave A Light, which released in 1979.

The English song, in turn, was inspired by Neil Sedaka’s original, which released a couple of decades before Eruption’s version.
