Kya Dekhte Ho was four minutes and 37 seconds
long.
It was the
only contribution of the two (Bhos)legends – Asha and Mohammed Rafi – to the
soundtrack of Qurbani, which released on June 20, 1980 (41 days before
the latter’s death).
A line of
the track, which was penned by Indeevar, went, “Lagti nahin theek neeyat
tumhari”.
It could
be translated to, “Your intentions don’t seem right”.
There’s no
two ways about the fact that it could be the tagline of the #MeToo campaign.
Jokes
apart, Kalyanji Virji Shah and Anandji Virji Shah composed the track.
