I had
thought of the title of this post long before I began to write it.
It is a post on Rang Jamake Jayenge, which was the joint-shortest song on the soundtrack of Naseeb – it was five minutes and 50 seconds long.
It was rendered by half-a-dozen singers – three male and as many female.
The male Sing(h)ers were Kishore Kumar, Mohammed Rafi and Shailendra.
They were joined behind the microphone by the Mangeshkar siblings – Lata, Asha (Bhosle) and Usha.
The track was penned by Anand Bakshi.
Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar and Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma composed it.
