The track in question was Yeh Ladka Hai Allah.
It was rendered by Asha Bhosle and Mohammed Rafi.
The latter, in fact, seemed to be content playing second fiddle to the former.
There’s no two ways about the fact that the song – which was five minutes and 31 seconds long – was fantastic.
It was penned by Majrooh Sultanpuri, and was composed by the one and only R D Burman.
