This is a post on
a track most guys would be able to relate to.
The song in question was Ek Ajnabee Haseena Se, the title track of Ajanabee.
The only solo on the soundtrack, it was (Kisho)rendered by the one and only Mr Kumar.
R D Burman composed the track, which was penned by Anand Bakshi.
One of its lines went, “Jaaneman jaan-e-jigar, hota main shayar agar, kehta ghazal teri adaon par”. The ironic line could be translated to, “My beloved, if I were a poet, I would pen a ghazal on your style”.
