Shailendra Singh sang another chartbuster

The only solo on the soundtrack of Khel Khel Mein was Humne Tumko Dekha.

The hook of that song was, “Hum tum sanam, saaton janam, milte rahe hon jaise” (which could be translated to, “Like you and I, darling, have been meeting in each of our seven births”).

Thanks to the popularity of that track, it would certainly not be incorrect to rechristen it, “Sabne Shailendra Singh ko suna” (which could be translated to, “Everyone listened to Shailendra Singh”).

It was penned by Gulshan Bawra, and composed by the one and only R D Burman.
