The third – and final
– track from Khushboo on this blog was an all-male affair.
Titled O Majhi Re Apna Kinara, the track, which was haunting and philosophical, was (Kisho)rendered by none other than Mr Kumar.
There’s no two ways about the best line of the track was the one that went, “Kagazon ke kashtiyon ka kahin kinara hota nahin”.
Barring the phrase hota nahin, the line was alliterative.
It could be translated to, “Boats made of paper do not have shores anywhere”.
The track, which was penned by Gulzar, was composed by R D Burman.
