This blog
contains posts on a couple of songs from Kalicharan (1976).
If they
were arranged in the alphabetical order, as well as in the descending order of
their durations, Ek Bata Do, Do Bate Chaar would be the first – it was
five minutes and a second long.
The next
line of the Kalyanji-Anandji composition, which Rajkavi Inderjeet Singh Tulsi
penned, was “Chhoti chhoti baaton mein bant gaya sansaar”.
The line
still holds true, as it could be translated to, “The world is divided over
trivial things”.
It was
rendered by Anuradha Paudwal and Kanchan.
