had a Konkani hook (Ghe Ghe Ghe Ghe Ghe Ghe Re Saiba, which could be
translated to, “Take it, Sir”).
The track was the legendary Manna Dey’s only contribution to the soundtrack of the film. He was joined behind the microphone by Shailendra Singh.
It was penned by Vitthalbhai Patel, who, besides being a lyricist and poet, was a senior leader of the Indian National Congress, and was elected from Sagar to the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly twice.
It was composed by Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar and Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma.
