I had heard
Nainon Mein Darpan Hai on the radio a few times, but had to look it up
online to know more about the song.
Upon doing so, I found out that the track – which could be translated to, “There’s a mirror in my eyes” – was the only song from Aarop (1974) on this blog.
There’s no two ways about the fact that it was one of the most underrated songs on the blog.
Lata Mangeshkar and Kishore Kumar rendered it.
The song, which was penned by Maya Govind, was composed by Bhupen Hazarika.
