Rafi's wonderful solo was reused

If the two songs from Loafer (1973) on this blog were arranged in the alphabetical order, as well as in the ascending order of their durations, Aaj Mausam Bada Beimaan Hai would be the first – it was half-a-dozen minutes and 18 seconds long.

In fact, it was the longest song in the film.

It was the only contribution of the legendary Mohammed Rafi to the soundtrack of the film.

Anand Bakshi penned the track, which was composed by Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar and Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma.

It also featured on the soundtrack of Monsoon Wedding (2001).
