On one
hand, the locals in amchi Mumbai are delayed. And on the other, I am
writing posts on the songs of The Train.
The only
Lata Mangeshkar solo in the film was Kis Liye Maine Pyar Kiya*.
By no means
would it be incorrect to state that the song, which was penned by Anand Bakshi
and was composed by the one and only R D Burman, was underrated.
(*Note: Ms
Mangeshkar’s other contribution to the soundtrack of the film was a duet titled
Ni Soniye. She was joined behind the microphone by Mohammed Rafi.)
