khabar (a piece of stale news that goes back many years) – I’m single.
But that certainly hasn’t deterred me from chuckling at the irony. The track in question is Mujhe Meri Biwi Se Bachao.
It was the only song from Aaj Ki Taaza Khabar (1973) on this blog.
The track, which was penned by Hasrat Jaipuri, was composed by Shankar Jaikishan.
It was rendered by Kishore Kumar, who was already married twice in real life by then.
